Help: New User Need Advice

Went through doctor and was advised to go on Retatrutide and Tesamorelin. Reta was injected for me for first time Wednesday. Tesa I’m doing myself 5 times a week nightly before bed. They said these two coordinate well together and I could start right away.

So I did my own injection for Tesa that night. Side note, the 2 mg dose of Reta the doctor gave me was just a little liquid in a syringe. The syringes they prepared for me at home with 1 mg of Tesa nightly were entirely full. How does that work? I asked, and they said it was different medicines but it was done correctly.

Anyways my question: I took everything Wednesday and yesterday was hell. I woke up feeling sick, I had no appetite at all and anything I ate or drank made me feel like I was going to throw up. Never did, but I burped a lot and it was acidy. Miserable day ended with me in bed at 7 after skipping my training session. I couldn’t stomach, literally, doing the Tesa dosage last night.

Today I feel 50% better. Did a protein shake this morning made me feel ill but not like yesterday. Am I making a mistake skipping my Tesa dose last night? Should my Day 1 reaction be ignored? Or was starting Tesa and Reta at the same time when I’m new to peptides moronic?

Any advice appreciated!!

Been working out for 2 years now. Ups and downs. When I'm on my diet, I lose weight pretty quickly, but not a lot around my stomach. I'm down to 165 pounds right now from 185, 25% body fat, but I'm still around the same 70 lbs of muscle despite semi-regular lifting. I don't seem to put on much muscle at all when I weight train. I've checked my testosterone levels, and I'm pretty good there. I do have some injuries that led to back surgery, so maybe I don't push myself in the gym as hard as some of you do, but I try my best to ignore minor pain and continue.

I'm not one for injections. I know that Reta seems to be the darling of the Internet and this group, and I can see why. I would do it, but I understand its only in injection form. As someone that is committed to eating well and lifting 4 days a week, can you guys suggest to me the best tablet I could be taking that would help me finally put on some muscle? Do I need to suck it up and go to injections?

Thank you in advance for any advice!
