Who’s actually got an “individual care plan” then

Come on UK homies - have you got one and which hospital? I’m considering asking for one as I’m incredibly cheesed off with repeating my entire medical history every time I call the IBD team.

Yes I always have low calprotectin during a flare.
No the fistula never shows on MRI because it’s narrow.
Yes I do need to be knocked out for scopes.
No I’m not prone to making things up.
Etc

What on earth is this?

Crohn’s since 2012, on Rinvoq. I feel fine in myself but where my belly meets my pelvis on the right side, at the front next to the hip, is tender to touch. The tender area is about the size of my palm. Any ideas? I don’t want to go to A&E unless it’s vital, I look fine and am calm so it’ll be a long wait and probable dismissive response.

Edit: Went to A&E. It was, alas, a total waste of time. There for 9.5 hours without having eaten for 31 hours, told the same set of symptoms to 6 people, sent home. They agreed the pain is real and there’s a hardened abdominal wall there but refused to do a scan because “the bloods are fine”

Zoomed in on one of the parcels and was amused by berry granola “with singy raspberries and tosty susterczruins” as well as “crunchy oal wifh”, alongside other crimes against the alphabet
