Hi everyone! I’d like some help sizing down from a 36GG. I used the calculator and got 36GG/36H in UK sizing. Here are my measurements in inches:
Loose Underbust: 37.5
Snug Underbust: 36
Tight Underbust: 34
Standing Bust: 45.5
Leaning Bust: 48
Lying Bust: 46
I’ve tried Goddess (style Keira), Elomi (style Teagan) and Freya (style Quinn) and 36GG fits too big in the cups for all of them, but the band feels comfortable.
My favorite bra is 38DD so I bought these same styles in that size but they are all a little too small with wire that’s not wide enough to fit properly. I’m unsure because while I feel like one cup size up from 38DD would work, the wire size changes dramatically between sizes, especially larger cups. What size(s) should I try based on the fit of the 36GG? Thanks so much!
