I know she needs to be repotted … I just cut back 1/3 of the pups and repotted a few. My question is - the main plant has grown legs and is trying to escape. Needing guidance on where to make the cut and any tips on a successful repot would be appreciated!! She has some mushy black leave ls toward the soil. Should I cut above it and discard the original roots??

Indoor plant, terra cotta, south facing windows so she gets a good amount of sunlight - light weekly watering

For the ladies who itch.

Ive had dermatographia since July of 2022 - my flareups would happen every single night like clockwork just as I got into bed so I got used to taking antihistamines daily.

Two years ago I started taking HRT to help with my perimenopause symptoms. At first, I started with just progesterone, but then about six months ago when other symptoms arose, my gyno put me on an estrogen patch - very low-dose - the lowest possible - and ever since then these hives have pretty much come to a complete stop!! There’s absolutely something related to hormones and these hives/MCAs - I brought this up to my Gynecologist and she said she’s had many many patients say the same thing - that they once they started HRT, the derma symptoms stopped - specifically with estrogen.

I now only have flare ups when I get irritated by something else - such as mosquito bites, and wine…
