Chrome removed Angle D3D9 in latest update
That was the only decent fix for videos being blurry and flickering for me and now it's gone. I don't know what else could possibly work.

Are they ever going to fix the bug where you load into a match and you don't properly spawn in?
This bug has been in the game since at least the beginning of last season (Season 3) and it's still not fixed. I exclusively play ranked REDSEC and I have to sit there and wait until my squad dies I think before it lets me leave the match without a penalty. You just load into a match and it doesn't properly load and your camera will be in the sky or in a random place on the map and it just sits there and you don't actually get to play the game. In some cases the screen will just be entirely black. As you can see I got "0th" place because of the bug so I don't lose points but still. It's not fun when I just want to play the game but I have to sit there for potentially 30 minutes and do nothing because the game doesn't let me play.
