I ordered an item on Aliexpress. It cost 53.19€, the most expensive order I ever made. (I pald 44.10€ thanks to a coupon and shopping credits, still the most expensive.)
I received the wrong item. Filed a dispute. Got offered two solutions - keep the item and get 9€ partial refund, or return the item and get full refund, shipping paid by seller. Obviously I chose the second option, as I have no use for the item I received. It showed something like "waiting for shipping company to provide label", but less than an hour later it just gave me 9€ refund and went to "Request complete". I appealed, provided all the evidence they wanted, and received

Do I have any recourse? I want to return the item, it's useless to me. It was a Choice item, so shouldn't it qualify for free return and refund even if it was the correct item?
