Are there successor chapters that blatantly copy their parent chapter / are extremely similar?

I remember reading something in an older codex about a successor chapter being an 'Inheritor of the Primarch' or something with similar wording to this, meaning that they were essentially very similar in strategic disposition, organization, etc.

Also I am personally curious if this is a thing as I have a Marine army painted like a main founding chapter, but I want them to be their own independent (my) dudes. But I do like the paint scheme, so I was wondering if there is precedent for some new successor chapter to basically try and copy their parent chapter very closely.

This opens up an interesting question of *why* such a chapter might exist... who knows lol.

Do successor chapters have... successor chapters?

Would some second (or later) founding chapters specifically have their own sucessors? Like many they got too big and decided to split and grow a new chapter?

Or how does this work, can successors only come from the 18 originals (or 9 loyalist legions presumably)?

Best ways to practice/train (e.g. puzzles) for Blitz?

I do traditional puzzles on Lichess but I find that it doesn't quite transfer over to my Blitz. These are typically 3-5 move calculation puzzles where I take a few minutes. It's great for my rapid I guess, and is more "proper chess".

But my Blitz is not doing great these days, and I've never thought about how to properly train for Blitz. I find that I don't manage time well if I get into a winning position, and otherwise just let my board vision go to crap when time gets low and/or position gets unfamiliar.

It seems like maybe one would be better served with many 'more basic' 1-3 move puzzles with a time constraint? Do any sites have something like this, and does this make sense?

How does one best train and improve their Blitz outside of "just playing"?

For reference, I am just about 2000 rapid, 1750-1850 blitz (lots of variance depending on my mental alertness...) and hover around 2300 on the puzzles (all on Lichess).
