Ruling question about the first line of Kewl Tune Monsters.

“If this card on the field would be used as syncro material, 1 tuner in your hand can be used as the other material.”

So let’s say the syncro monster you want to summon requires one tuner and one non tuner. Can the tuner in your hand substitute the place of the non tuner?

This language leads me to believe that it’s possible. I’ve gotten responses that contradict each other.
