Hello!

I’m trying to figure out what my options are for my internet/tv service. I've been a customer at this address for over 17 years. We were dual income with both WFH but now we are single income and no WFH. Our bill just increased $36 while we've been trying to trim expenses elsewhere. What options do we have to lower the bill and stay with xfinity?

I'm willing to....

*drop internet speed

*one/two year contract

*utilize separate providers for tv and internet
