In an expansion that was supposed to be about reducing CC and pruning CC, why were Rdruids given Nature's Swiftness Cyclone back? It was already crazy that they kept spammable Rdruid cyclone in the game when other healers lost their CC completely. But they removed any counterplay from the best CC in the game by allowing it to be instant cast.

(the increased cyclone range talent should also be removed from Rdruid as well if they are to stay the only healer with spammable CC, the spell needs some kind of drawback)
