Here is what's going on in Afterburner. My GPU usage cycles constantly from 100% to 0%. This screenshot shows just in Windows, no other programs running. Its slowing down my computer quite a bit. In games, stuttering happens frequently. I'm not sure what to make of it. Im running on a 12700K, 32GB DDR5 5600, 3080ti, and two monitors (1440p 170hz and 4k 120hz). Ive swapped HDMI and displayport cables, reseated CPU w/ repaste. Reseated GPU as well. Im not sure what to make of it. I moved internationally recently and took the PC on the plane and Im scared im boned.
