What did you do differently to get pregnant?

I’m about to head into my 6th medicated TTC since my MMC last year September 2025. I’m taking Coq10, prenatal and recently Inositol. Haven’t had a positive since my MMC (besides a failed implantation in one cycle, early chemical).

I’m thinking of taking baby aspirin as I heard that can help.

Currently my cycles are being managed with Letrozole and Ovidrel. My doctor advised if I’m not pregnant in the next cycle, he would recommend me doing a laparoscopy to rule out silent endo or anything structural. I’m a bit scared for that as it is under GA and I know it’s also costly. Alternatively he said if I’m patient I can do a few more Letrozole cycles to see.

So Im thinking of trying a few more Letrozole cycles before considering surgery.

What did you personally do differently to get pregnant?

Seeking hope - Multiple letrozole cycles

I’m about to start my 6th TTC with Letrozole. I just found out my cycle this time isn’t successful.

I had a MMC last year September 2025 at 9 weeks and a failed implantation December 2025. Haven’t fell pregnant since and I feel disheartened seeing the negatives.

I’ve been on the letrozole, ovidrel regime. Getting monitored in my cycles. I’m just looking for success stories after multiple failed letrozole cycles with people with PCOS / MCs.

Thank you..
