Need the TE depth of Njoku, but feel like I can’t pass this up?

Njoku is my TE 2 which is not great, so hard to let him go.

But I love TLaw, and 2027 1st are gold.

1st is likely 1.06-1.08
2nd is hopefully 2.09-2.10, my team is crazy stacked

Chase owner wants to down tier, is this letting go of Smith too early with AJ Brown trade? Is the gap in CeeDee and Chase worth this? (He doesn’t research picks, doesn’t know 2.08 is worthless this year, avoiding giving up next years 1st since I don’t have one this year)

My intitial thought is this is a home run for me with how deep I am. But I’m always hesitant on this large of a trade.
