As of now, I still don't hide it. My main reason is that I want to be transparent, as a show of good faith. Of course, I'm not going to (intentionally) reveal everything about myself, but I can just not say such information in my posts.
My post history would hopefully also support the fact that I'm an authentic person, with consistent views.
Also, it's petty, but I find it annoying when I see a post history that's hidden. I don't necessarily blame the person, but it is annoying to deal with, and I want to practice what I preach. Diving into profiles isn't just limited to people I disagree with/dislike. I like reading "feel-good" posts, too.
What about you guys? Anyone else here still have their profiles open? And if you feel like sharing, why?
