“Disappeared” authors.

Hi, everyone.

Does anyone know what happened to DEVILKOO and Humming-Bird?

I know DEVILKOO had said something about having had a career in acting, but Humming-Bird disappeared completely. Her account is gone… I think. Anyone knows what happened?

I’ve been reading one book.

Guys, please help. I need book recommendations. I’m currently reading Ignite My Love by 3writesdreams.

I’m very picky, btw. I don’t mind mature scenes, in fact, I prefer them here and there, but it mustn’t be smutty like 365 days or 50 Shades of Grey. I don’t really enjoy BDSM. I wouldn’t prefer slow burn… but I could give it a try. I like romance, drama, historical romance, family drama, maybe thriller. It can be coming of age, second chance, dark romance [the good kind], angst, college drama [if it’s a professor x student, the student must be at least a college senior 24-25. if she’s like 21, 19–i don’t want it], arranged marriage, inter-cast, maybe enemies to lovers. Like I said, I’m very picky :)

I don’t mind age gaps, but please, don’t recommend it if the fl is below 25 while the ml is pushing 40.

edit: you can recommend your own books as well. if the book is complete, it mustn’t be over 70 chapters. if it’s ongoing, no more than at least 40-50 chapters. [this time, i’m not being picky. my attention span just can’t handle that😭😭] no cliffhangers with ongoing stories.

Your favourite celebrity’s “fall from grace”.

I don’t know if this discussion has been had, but I would like to know, out of curiosity–what’s the one thing about a celebrity you really liked but your opinion about them changed after they did or said something… maybe controversial ?

I’ll start off with Nora Fatehi. I really liked her, and I still do, but after what she said about feminism having “f-ed up our society” it rubbed me the wrong way. I liked how she spoke in that podcast and was fairly enjoying it, until she said that. Even though she cleared up the mess by clarifying that she was not referring to the core foundation of feminism, but was rather referring to modern day feminism–it made sense–but it still rubbed me the wrong way. But I still like her.

That’s mine. What’s yours ?

Photographers “ignoring” Alia.

I’ll probably get called Alia’s PR for this post–but I’ll risk it. I have nothing to lose either way. I found this video on IG made by one of Alia’s fan pages and I immediately thought of how some people were having giggles because she was supposedly “ignored” by photographers.

I also find it really funny how some people on Reddit [and Instagram] have been posting about how she’s everywhere, how the photographers didn’t care about her, how “basic” her outfits are, how active her PR is [which btw was users admiring her outfits]–but not a single person saw this video clearing the false narrative about not being known ? Interesting…

For the record, I’m no one’s PR :)

The Indians at the 2026 MET Gala must have been famished because they DEVOURED!

They aren’t pregnant, but they DELIVERED! [i know, corny. 😭]

I don’t think Indian celebrities will ever disappoint when it comes to fashion and art. It’s always stunning.

So I had posted this before, on BBNG, but I got banned because apparently my post was a “PR post” 😒🙄. So it didn’t get any engagement. I just thought of asking again [with some changes].

I’ll just get straight into it.

Why is it “okay” when a post (Reddit, X, Instagram) is putting women against each other by comparing them–such as Priyanka vs Deepika, Alia vs Deepika, Katrina vs Deepika, or Katrina vs Priyanka, or Priyanka vs Kareena, etc… or when it’s a post about (mostly) nepos–Ananya, Janhvi, Alia–and the post is either criticising them or just full on hating and making wild claims–the comments don’t condemn it ? They add on to the post. The one putting women against each other will have just a few people condemning putting one woman down to uplift another.

But whenever a post or article is appreciating or praising any of these women (especially Deepika, Alia, Priyanka, Ananya and Jahnvi) or a comment defends them in the comment section—then the person who was defending or made the post is called delusional and accused of being someone’s PR (in the comment section). If it’s not that, then a few people will start mentioning old controversies and claims. Like for Alia, people will start mentioning how she steals roles from other actresses or how she cried and locked herself in a room when her film with SLB got shelved. If it’s Priyanka, people will mention her alleged affairs with SRK and Akshay Kumar.

My question is WHY ? WHY do people do that ?

Also, why are there so many fandom wars ? The most recent and frequent one is Deepika v Alia fans. Everyday, there’s a post praising Alia while shading Deepika or a post praising Deepika while shading Alia. Why is it that when a post criticising Deepika–Alia’s fandom or PR is blamed ? And when a post is criticising Alia, Deepika’s fandom and PR is blamed ? Why can’t it be someone who doesn’t like either or likes them both ? Why is it always PR or a fan ? Why do these fandoms have such enmity ? I used to think SRK’s fandom had the most toxic people, but ever since I joined Reddit, I see that I was wrong. I would also like to know one last thing. If you are a fan of both, do you ever feel the need to state where you stand when you are commenting or making a post ? [i do. idk why, but i just feel the need to state my position].
