Hello, community. I have Skullcandy Rail earbuds that I bought months ago. I want to use them, but I have a problem: the earbuds do not sync. The earbuds turn on, and the Bluetooth connection to my phone and audio work as expected. I've even checked their battery % on the Skull-iQ app, and it works fine. However, the earbuds do not sync with each other. When attempting to sync the earbuds or hard reset as instructed in the manual, I've noticed that the left earbud won't flash purple, regardless of where and how long I press it. I can't claim the warranty because I threw away the receipt. I'd like to know if I have any other alternatives to fix this problem, or cut my losses and get another pair of earbuds.
