Customer Support Response Times
Hello, I may seem to be impatient but I have a H150i Elite LCD XT 360mm AIO that originally had some issues with the software crashing my GPU but I noticed that my CPU temps were much higher than they normally would be even at idle.
I had the cooler since 2023, went from AM4 to AM5 late 2025 with some fresh XTM60 and my temps had never really gone above 80C but I would easily hit 90C on harder loads and stay the after it returns to idle with coolant temps hardly going up. So I sent my reply to support to change to RMA as the tubes felt the same rather than one being warmer than the other. I had replaced the TIM with XTM70 twice to no avail.
The original ticket was sent on Sunday and I did get a single response back yesterday afternoon only asking for my address but nothing afterwards.
Is this common for responses to be one after 48hrs? I am still waiting for a response back today but nothing. I recall many years ago it was much quicker after send a response back and I would like to get this sorted out before the long weekend to possibly get a new AIO in sooner rather than later.
