Question for all garmin users
In the Garmin Connect app and on the watch itself, there’s a huge amount of stats and information available, and some of them seem more useful than others. Since this is my first Garmin watch, I feel like there might be important metrics or features that I’m overlooking or not paying enough attention to yet.
For those of you who have been using Garmin watches for a while, which stats do you personally follow the most or consider the most valuable in your daily use or training? Which ones do you actually keep an eye on regularly, and which ones do you think are less important or mostly just “nice to have”?
