Middle aged man working the counter inside. What does everyone think? IMO illegal and potentially quite creepy. Hope I’m wrong.

Kind of makes me think of all the “roommate wanted” ads you see posted where it’s a male looking for a female roommate. Or a landlord that will only rent to females.
