Looking for a show I watched as a kid, roughly 15–20 years ago. I only ever saw one episode, and I'm fairly confident it was a pilot rather than part of a full broadcast series.

Where I found it:

It was on a DVD that came bundled with a magazine — I believe it was a video game magazine, since that's most likely what I would have been reading at the time.

As far as I remember, there was only that one episode on the disc.

Premise / setting:

• Two rival gangs of motorbike riders fight in a post-apocalyptic city.

• The bikes aren't realistic/modern bikes — they're closer to Tron-style light-cycles.

• I remember the word "Synchronicity" coming up at some point, either as the name of the city or as the thing the two groups were fighting over.

• The "good guy" team has a headquarters where some kind of AI interacts with them.

Characters:

The episode I saw had 6 characters total, 3 per team. Each rider wore a different color-coded suit/uniform, giving the whole thing a bit of a Power Rangers feel.

Good guys (the show followed them more, and they came across as less threatening):

• Red has a speed-based power, shown on screen with an afterimage/trail effect. His face is visible, and he shoots the yellow bad guy with two guns, nicking a spike off of his helmet.

• Grey/brown goes by something like "Marshal." Wears a long coat that flows behind him while riding, plus a wide-brimmed hat. Uses some kind of tracking device at one point.

• Third member : unsure of his role, but I associate the color orange with him, and a halloween type of vibe.

Bad guys:

Yellow, fire-based power, throws a fireball from his hands. This is treated as a big deal/climax moment in the episode, not something he does casually. Name was something like "Drago."

Blue wears a full-face helmet with teeth across it, like his mouth takes up half his face. Name sounded like "Bahoom" (phonetic spelling, probably not accurate). At one point he does donuts on his bike and create a smoke scream.

Black has a clear "Grim Reaper" theme, all black, with blade-like attachments on his back. At one point he slices a small bug that lands on his bike.

It's possible I'm mixing the Orange and Blue guys' side.

Animation style:

Early-2000s style 3D CGI, it looked impressive to me as a kid, but I'd guess it would look dated or rough by today's standards.

French, but could be dubbed over something else.
