My Taigun's instrument cluster stopped working completely one morning. The whole car shut down, nothing seemed to work so i called RSA and got it towed to the service centre. My car's 8 months old and driven only around 13,700 kms. It shouldnt have this problem in the first place but its a manufacturing defect so nothing can be done about it. My car's sitting in the VW ahmedabad sg highway service centre for more than a week now. They're just delaying it day by day. Fake promises are being made saying the new part has been ordered. I called them a day before and they said it hasnt been dispatched yet. I asked for a courtesy/loaner car and they said they dont have any. Already tired of the service experience in just 8 months of ownership. What should i do?
