High Ticket Coaching Program

Has anyone ever paid $5k+ for a coaching program and actually gotten value out of it?

I have had many sessions with coaches, some one offs, some month long, some X session packages, but I've never paid a high price for a coaching program / worked with anyone long term. You can say I have not gotten too much value out of all the money and time I've put into coaches I guess you'd say.

So that being said, I feel paying a higher price for coaching could be beneficial, but at the same time I really don't think 99% are worth it. My stance is they charge a high price because they got charged a high price for a program they took and that is what the program told them to do. I mean it makes sense as less clients, less stress and you get better clients usually with a higher price point. But at the end of the day I don't think it's worth it, would love other peoples thoughts. Also I'm not talking about life coaching programs to be a better coach. I'm talking about you as a client trying to improve your life and business and a coach out there has say a 3 or 6 month program that gets you from point A to point B.

What am I missing?

New to headspace, I did the beginner opening one, 10 sessions all similar and stupid. Tried a "wake up" one and its just a monolog about the earth and current situations going on, so confused.

Tried a different one and same as beginner sessions. Went on youtube, first one I listened to was 100x better than anything i've used on headspace. Where is the good meditations? Do people not use this for meditation??

Phu Quoc, Vietnam - Dream and a Nightmare (I'm Stuck)

Alright so let me take an excerpt from my blog to lay out how I felt the first few days of Phu Quoc...

>I’m sitting here in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, in a place called Sunset Town. It looks like someone mashed Venice and Disneyland into a vacation brochure. White stone bridges. Pastel facades. Sunsets that make you embarrassed about your phone camera.

My first day in Phu Quoc near the airport, I stayed with a sweet Vietnamese woman who made me breakfast, lunch, dinner, and gave me a free smoothie on the way out. That was day one.

By day three I was looking up apartment prices. $60–70k for something nice with sea view. I thought: heck, all I’d have to do is work on a cruise ship for a year and i’m set. A whole different life, paid for in twelve months.

And then, in the same breath, I thought: knowing me though, I don’t enjoy staying in one place.

It was like a fairytale land. And if I left after a week I woulda been in awe. Instead I booked 2 & half months here as I was trying to lock in and focus on my business. I have an amazing view top of sunset city, fireworks every night and all the shows can be seen from my balcony. Yet I feel trapped in this made up world. The streets are deserted during the day, I've already went to the nearby beaches, all the towns, the forest/park. You can go north to south within a hour, the island is pretty small.

I've lived digital nomad for maybe 3 years total now. It was exciting at first and I was learning how to enjoy being alone and thrived on it in a way. But as time goes on we as humans feed off connection and thats the one thing I'm missing and now will be searching for going forward. Imma do some retreats, muay tai, kung fu in china, actually start going to coworking spaces for once. But thats in the future, for now I am stuck on this island for 2 more months as apartment and flights already paid.

For once in my life I'm not working on a business and toward nothing really besides my forever personal growth journey. Tis' gets a bit boring and I thrive off adventure and just doing different challenging growth related things.

I think I'm going to sign up for flown or caveday, but besides that unsure of what else. I talk with different coaches and mentors every few days, but at this point I feel like that is just me trying to force growth and have someone to talk to. Anyone can relate and have some ideas?

When products unavail

When a product is unavailable, should it be replaced, or should a new one be added while keeping the unavailable one tagged for potential future availability?

Cause I think its bad to tag 2 products correct?
