Hi guys! I was looking at my storefront and found an extra account so I deleted the extra. This took down the entire storefront on my actual account and I have been trying to email Amazon to get it back. They have not responded after I sent a few emails. I am worried that I will have to start from scratch. Any advice? Thank you!!

Anyone have much luck with Amazon affiliate?

I ran a new account and got several orders after 4 days, but it’s now day 10 with no further sales, it’s even showing as 0 clicks on some days. Is it just shockingly bad at recording sales and clicks (slow). Or has something gone wrong? Thanks.

How long did it take to get approved?

I uploaded 3 new videos, but realized I had older videos on there. When I saw that I was denied, I wasn’t sure if it was because of the old or the new so I deleted all videos and started over. I uploaded 1 video June 21, 22, and 23. It’s now July 2 and it’s still under review.

I'm new to working with brands and have finally started accepting free products for sponsored videos meant to be uploaded to my YT channel. They keep offering to provide me an Amazon link as part of the deal, which I'm having trouble understanding. Wouldn't they assume that I would want to use my own Amazon link to be able to get the commission, or is using their link somehow the same and/or better than using my own? I just don't see how I would get credited for using an Amazon link that's not mine. Here's an example and the exact working they used:

Anyone else seeing zeros for all their data in Creator Hub (Views, Avg View Duration, Avg % Viewed)? I would assume it's a glitch, but it happened right after I edited a video to add a new product listing for the same product...

Just a heads up because I noticed something really weird...

There's an item I've been promoting that's in a Creator Connections campaign, and CC says I've sold over 1,100 of them and showed me the extra commissions I have earned. The strange part? Those sales aren't showing up in my regular Amazon reports at all.

Usually it's the opposite problem, where something shows in Amazon but doesn't track in CC because it wasn't the right seller for the campaign. I've never seen it happen this way before.

If this item hadn't been in a CC campaign, I would've had no clue I'd sold that many. It makes me wonder how many non-CC items aren't showing up in the regular reports either, and how much commission I'm potentially missing because of it. These are all offsite as I rarely do any onsite sales.

Definitely keep an eye on your reports. I know that's almost impossible with the way Amazon changed the reporting, but this has me wondering what else might be slipping through the cracks. Their chat support is absolutely useless and kept telling me that I have to wait for the CC to show up after the item ships. Awesome, I know, but I wasn't talking about CC. After almost an hour the rep finally said oh wow, yeah I see what you mean.

For those of you with experience with "sponsored products for creators", do you usually accept all campaigns? and how often do you check and accept new campaigns? Is it worth doing it if most of your traffic is from amazon onsite videos not offline? And it says you have to add unavoidable disclosure, how do you do that or is it not needed for videos already posted on amazon? And lastly do you need to submit any links after accepting like the regular CC campaigns? Thanks!

1. Planned prime day to end just before EOM, with only a weekend buffer, so no matter your ordered revenue, your shipped items was likely not to make tiers before EOM.
2. Incentivized orders to choose July 1 delivery by offering 7% return on Prime CC accts, so those items less likely to ship before EOM.
3. Create massive gaps between tiers, so rather than getting consistently rewarded for work, you're less likely to hit reward tiers.

Once I noticed all this, and how slow items were shipping.... I started to figure out it was planned this way.

I’m on CA, US, and UK. Anyone earning from AU and mind sharing your experience so far? Good commissions or waste of time?

Has this happened with anyone before? I have been participating in creator rewards for a year now and I always got 4 tiers. The month of June started the same way but they added two more tiers just before Prime sale started.
July rewards just came in and again it’s only 4 tiers.
Anyone else?

She's changed her profile pic and URL but she's still stealing videos from Tiktok creators. There are usually 2-5 different sets of hands, backgrounds, etc within the same video. Please report!

Experienced associates please guide. I’ve made the sales to reach the highest reward offered to me but I don’t think they’ll all be shipped in time for the reward to touch the threshold.

Will Amazon be kind enough to still give me the reward because I’ve made the sales…they have just not shipped everything yet!
I’m sure if everything is shipped then I can get the bonus.
Amazon daily reports refresh at 12am and creator rewards refresh at 5am.
So do I only have tomorrow (30th) to get to my target or will they also count the deliveries done on the 30th and update it at 5am (on July 1st) before refreshing it?
