Alternatives to the Amazon Influencer Program?

Hi! Are there any alternatives to this program? Since the latest changes, I've been exploring other options to focus on.

Thank you!

Help! Video rejected for "Illegal Content" and I'm totally stuck

Hey! I'm a newer influencer and need some experienced eyes! A brand is waiting on my review for a hands-free dog leash, but Amazon keeps flagging it for "Illegal content" and support has been zero help.

I already tried removing my husband demonstrating the spring action on the road, as I guess it could look inappropriate 🤷‍♀️ and I removed all glances at license plates and house numbers, but it just got denied again and I cannot figure out why. I am completely stuck. If anyone has a minute to check out my Google Drive link and tell me what I could do to get this approved, I'd be so incredibly grateful!

Creating New Youtube Channel to Post Amazon Review Videos

I just setup a new youtube product review channel to cross post my Amazon influencer videos. Other than putting the disclaimer that I earn commission when they use my link, do I need to do anything else?

Does Amazon need to be informed on the new channel that I created?

I had a DIY youtube channel that I used to get qualified for the Amazon program. Now, I am reviewing products not related to any DIY so I decided I would post those products on a new channel focusing on just reviewing products. Does the new channel needs to be approved by amazon before I can post links on it?

Where to report photo copyright infringement

Where do you report on another account who is stealing my photos from my amazon storefront. They are not videos but photos. I have already did the 3 dot's report and its been a month and the their account is still active. I also went to support they escalated it but still nothing. This account keeps stealing from me.

Looking for Amazon Influencers to create genuine product review videos for Scrolly

Quick context: I'm one of the founders of Scrolly — a physical device + app that helps people actually put their phone down.

How it works:

- You tap your phone on the Scrolly device to start a focus session

- The app locks distracting apps for as long as you stay focused
- You earn Focus Coins, streaks, and weekly "Focus Wrapped" reports
- Tap again to end the session

It's the screen time tool that actually works because it's gamified and physical — not just another app you'll ignore after 3 days.

We're now live on Amazon US and looking for creators to film genuine, honest review videos for the product listing.

What we're looking for:

• Amazon Influencer Program members (with on-site video upload access)

• Niches: productivity, study with me, ADHD, parenting, tech, wellness, minimalism

• Honest reviews — show it on camera, share what you actually think

DM me if interested and I'll send over the details

Amazon Cuts Affiliate Commissions Up to 50% for Publishers

Just found this interesting article in Adweek that might be interesting for other people to read, especially as it confirms a lot of things that we have been discussing here.

Struggling to get approved

This is my 2nd time getting my videos rejected for onsite! Not really sure what I'm doing wrong, maybe it's the products or just my voice?

Any tips or suggestions would be very welcome!

Also, I used TikTok to get accepted, but it is my dog's TikTok which has ~1000 followers and is still active/has engagement. Could that be the reason?

Thank you!!

Has Amazon completely destroyed their influencer program, or has it been a slow month?

I spent the last year building up my videos in 3 countries, and I finally hit $400 per month. Last month I made $135, though, and this month I have made so far $18.74 USD, 2.25 UK, and $12 CAD. People have been suggesting moving off-site. Well, I have 200 blog posts, 50 Pinterest videos, and a dozen YT videos. For all of this, I made $6 USD thus far.

The fact is, even in April (before their horrible update on the 15th that they tried to spin as a positive update by deceptive wording), it was already going very slowly.

So either April and May are insanely slow months, or Amazon destroyed the Influencer program to be even more greedy.

I am annoyed but not here to complain. I am mostly checking if you guys have a huge drop in income as well.

I plan on posting on TikTok, and Facebook too, and redoing my videos for YT.

The issue is, I only have 190 videos in total, basically everything I own that is on Amazon.

Why don't don't my commissions match my rate table/why aren't I getting CC credit for eligible items?

I'm posting this to hopefully answer this question once and for all. Maybe we could add this to the pinned new user FAQ. Now, on to the answer:

As of March 2026, Amazon no longer provides Associates/Influencers reporting that indicates what products are actually selling. When you look at the "Linked Products Report," you're seeing sales referred by the product, not necessarily sales of that product itself.

For example, if I link to product A, but the customer ultimately purchases products B, C and D, your linked product report will show 3 "sales" for product A(subject to the 4 sale minimum). This means, that if product A has a 4% commission, yet B, C and D are 1, 2.5 and 3, your report will actually display 2.16%.

Sitestripe VS actual commission

I have a product selling very well right now through off site… sitestripe says 10% commission when I’m on the page. In my analytics, I’m selling two different variations of this product. Both are the same price, none of them on sale.

In my earnings report it is showing - One variation I’m getting 6.88%, one variation at 5.05%.

Anyone know why this would be?

Earning reports

I know there is a way but how can I get my earning reports for each item sold on onsite and offsite. Can we see each order processed? Been doing this a for while and I always get confused on how to do this.

Friends using my Amazon Influencer link

I have a moral dilemma and am confused - would love some guidance! I'm an Amazon Influencer. My understanding is that the guidelines state that our link isn't supposed to be shared to family and friends for earning. But I've had instances where family or friends will totally buy a product off Amazon if it will give me a commission, but if it doesn't, they'll just run up to the store to get it instead. So in those cases, wouldn't Amazon rather I get a commission and have them buy from them rather than not buying from them at all? Am I obsessing too much about this? lol I just want to make sure I follow the rules while also not wanting to miss out on legit commissions! Thanks for any guidance!

Looking for advice from experienced influencers

I run a succesful Tech YouTube channel and recently went full time, the first thing I did when I had more time to put into it was sort out my affiliate links and start trimming, and even creating videos from scratch mixed with Broll I'd already shot for youtube, for Amazon Influencer videos - My income from amazon has now grown significantly to the point its becoming a big portion of my income, and on site videos are starting to bring in about $150 pm after my first month of being on site.

Most of the Amazon income however, is coming from affiliate links now, and about 50% of that is creator connections income -

My question is, if I identify a product that would fit my channel, that has a good creator connections bonus, how risky do you think it is to buy that product, make a video for it on youtube, and then post one to amazon too? Does anybody do this? We are talking about high ticket items probably $300+ here

I'm thinking if the youtube video flops, how much potential is there in the amazon video covering my losses?

The reason I ask is because I did a sponsored video for a brand that happened to have a great bonus commission on a high ticket item, and I'm making ALOT from that at the moment, but wondering if it was a bit of luck? Dont currently have the time on the platform to accuratley measure the risk.

Also any other general tips for making this income stream more sustainable would be appreciated 😄

Facebook connecting to Amazon.

Anyone use the new Facebook/amazon affiliate connection that they emailed about? When you link the product does it have to be deep linked or just the normal link? I can’t find information on it. I don’t usually post offsite.

Creator Connections Accept All/Halo Sales?

Just came across this in a FB group of people doing this. I know the option button is there to do this, but has anybody?

I have not, and it doesn’t feel right to do so and seems insane having over 700k accepted items.

What's the excuse?

One of my recent top sellers is an item sold as a single or two-pack. Both are in the same product listing... they're just variations. There's also a third variation in a different color, but again, it's the EXACT SAME THING, EXACT SAME LISTING.

These 3 items are earning the following commission rates:

  1. 1.82%
  2. 2.74%
  3. 2.98%

Why does Amazon screw around like this? It' just seems like this is a dumb game to them.... I mean, how hard would it be for sitestripe to just be transparent about onsite rates so we know upfront what our potential earnings are?

Can someone smarter help me understand this?

I’m still waiting for an email that says I’ve been approved for on site commissions BUT this page from my creator connections thingy seems to say that I am earning revenue from on site Amazon. I’m confused…
