Sharing Affiliate ID with Creator Connection Brand?

I am an Oldie Amazon Influencer but very new in the Creator Connections space since I am located in Spain.

I have a quick question which may be "basic knowledge" to more experienced creators: A brand is asking for my Amazon Affiliate IDs to track my Creator Connection sales. Am I allowed to share my Affiliate IDs with them? Is that risky?

Thanks!

Inifinite Pending Moderation in Spain and French Storefronts

Hi,

I have been actively participating in the Amazon Influencer Program for the past year. I am based in Europe so mainly I post in Spain, France, Italy, Germany, while also being in UK and US.

Spain has been my primary storefront as my primary language is Spanish.

Since beginning of August, my videos are stuck in Pending Moderation. This has never happened to me before, they were always approved almost instantly (I have a lot of videos in my storefronts). I tried uploading from my cellphone and computer to see if it would make a difference and nothing.

I posted however in US and UK during August and videos got approved instantly.

Has this ever happened to you? Is someone experiencing these amount of delays at the moment in European Storefronts? I tried contacting Customer Support but they were not helpful.

I am still receiving daily commisions for my other videos so I know that my account is still active and havent received any email recently from Amazon saying otherwise.

I have videos in pending moderation since Aug 7 (almost a month).

Just wondering what to do in this scenario. Thanks!

I am lost! Did every single study available and everything came normal. Still having explosive diarrhea symptoms. Now what?

So, for context, in January 2026 I had my first explosive diarrhea episode. Every single thing I ate or drank automatically sent me to the toilet. Just diarrhea, no other symptom, no throwing up, no stomach ache. I thought it was food poisoning, although I am very cautious about that, and forgot about it.

Next episode came about 2 months after the first. Same symptoms, the only thing I felt before the episode was pain on my right side. Same as before. Could not even retain liquids, took some Imodium and lasted about a day. After that I returned to normal.

I went to the doctor after this second episode where I began doing some testing. Bloodwork came back normal, except I had low B12 (I started supplements).

Third episode was in May but lasted for 5 days. Not even Imodium was helping. Before the episode I was extremely anxious about a personal matter. I could not go out of my house because I couldnt trust myself being outside. Could not eat or drink. This is when they decided I needed to get an endoscopy / colonoscopy.

Final episode happened yesterday, which sent me into a full panic attack, it was before the World Cup Final (my nationality is one of the 2 teams that played in this final). Again, same symptoms, took like 3 imodiums which stopped the episode in order for me to go see the match, though I was severily anxious about shitting myself in public.

I have gone to a general practitioner, a GI doctor and have done all of the studies available. The GI doctor told me this is stress related and there is nothing i can do about it. I am completely lost on what to do now, no explanation, no nothing.

I have generalized anxiety disorder mainly triggered by emetophobia and health, and I have taken SSRIs (Lexapro) and Xanax before, but when I was at my lowest point anxiety wise, I never had these severe diarrhea episodes, just your normal "anxiety diarrhea".

These are the test I have done:

- H Pylori: Negative.

- SIBO: Negative.

- Feces tests: No parasites, no inflammation, no blood in stool.

- Endoscopy and Colonoscopy: Nothing relevant, no inflammation, ruled out Chrons and IBD.

- Biopsies for Celiac: Negative.

I am completely lost and feel completely hopeless. I moved to a new country recently and I am still figuring out the health system here but every single doctor I went to only did tests and never provided an explanation on what is going on. I am now afraid of going out, drinking, eating, because I am going to shit myself if I do so.

Has somebody gone through the same experience? What helped you? Should I restart anxiety meds?
