Minimal defoliation and I'm kind of regretting it even though it's been cool watching the plant bush up

Really wondering how much I can safely take off at this point without to much stress

Day 40 it's been showing pistils for 2 weeks now should I go ahead and knock off some of the whimpy budsites and lower leaves or should I let it go and keep tucking :)
