Mini upgrade (5700x -> 7800x3d) how much uplift based on my build?

How much uplift would you think I'd get upgrading from a 5700x to a 7800x3d, I typically use my PC all day for programming but also do a tonne of gaming when I have free time. I have two 1440p monitors (One is a high refresh one)

The only part that won't change is an Nvidia 4070 super

RAM

  • From: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT BLS2K16G4D32AESB 3200 MHz, DDR4, DRAM, Desktop Gaming Memory Kit, 32 GB (16 GB x 2), CL16, Grey
  • To: Crucial Pro DDR5 RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) 6400MHz CL32

Motherboard

  • Not sure yet, but from a MSI Tomahawk 450

Trying to add two factor auth to my mums phone (also her partners)

But on each phone when adding through their yahoo email they get a horribly worded message from a random number.

Just checking if this is correct, both get the same wording.
