I need some urgent advice

Ok so I'm gonna try and explain this as best as I can. I've only recently started working at Walmart (ON Stocker) id say about 2-3ish months ago. I find myself struggling to keep up mostly because I have specifically one manager and one TL who keeps bringing up my productivity. ( I actually am having issues with the manager for other things like denying me help which causes me to stay at least 2 hrs passed my scheduled time because "I have to finish my work before I can leave" and causing me to be the only one every single time to be late going home and harassing me the entire shift ) I feel like I'm doing my best and depending on the department I can usually get through 2-3 pallets in one night. Forgot to mention I also haven't had ANY training at all so I'm kinda forced to teach myself where stuff is and whatnot.

They have been putting me in grocery alot and I'm running all over the place most of the time cause the pallets will have things other than grocery items on it i. e cat litter or snacks which is a bit of a walk away from grocery. Anyways, they keep telling me I'm going to get in trouble if I keep going over my scheduled time but are also CONSTANTLY getting onto me about productivity and even hinting at writing me up over it. It's really stressing me out cause idk what to do if I don't finish by my scheduled time, will I get in trouble for just leaving an unfinished pallet? When I ask for help I'm usually denied or made to feel bad because "other people are having to pick up my slack", I promise I'm not intentionally trying to make others jobs harder but,I'm starting to consider quitting cause I'm just totally at a loss for what I can/cannot do.

I just don't wanna let my coworkers and bosses down, if I could get any advice or maybe some insight on things that'd be nice.
