Just finished up building the Galaxy Abyss and Onyx Black Iris

Which one do you like more?

The purple galaxy abyss was for a customer in US. It has a gradient fade to black and subtle sunburst under lighting.

The onyx black iris is imo, elegant and stylish, ready for a classic dress up occasions that doesn’t break your bank!

Recent work and shipping 7 watches out today!

I'm grateful for my customers (you know who you are!). Currently, almost all stocks are wiped out, leaving only a few builds to go for May..

I promise to assemble more watches in June. All watches are hand-assembled, regulated, and tested by me. I do not want to compromise quality and hand everything to a mass-production factory, where QCs are often overlooked. Just started this micromicrobrand in April in this ultra-saturated watch market, it wasn't easy, and trying to differentiate with style here cracks my brain.

I'm also updating the case for the next batch. A balanced 40mm AR sapphire crystal case, which could be worn by most. Some find the 38mm too small. I'm also evaluating some leather straps from other companies, might engrave my brand on them, but I must test wearing them for a week before I commit.

I also receive feedback about adding indices. Well, the thing is, the dial wouldn't look as nice with indices, so I might go with the chapter ring approach, but that is in the future (hopefully before the last quarter of 2026).

I believe that I priced my watches fairly well, even though all the costs of the parts are increasing due to the global conflict. (NH38 is about USD$70 excluding tax/shipping). This is also where I bring my value in the market, lowering my profit margin, and driven by passion.

I never believed to pay more than USD$500 for an NH35/38 watch, and mark my words, I would never, at least for now and the next 2-3 years. Yeah, the Mountain Abyss is only about USD$300 (sold and shipped today).

Watches contain extremely delicate parts and must be handled with care; the strength you used to assemble them should not be more than killing an ant, especially when it comes to dial and hands, which scratch easily. That's my quote, hah. The whole thing is an extremely delicate process.

Ensuring a clean area reduces stains on hands/dial and with an air purifier, it helps reducing dust. Well, if you are a million-dollar business with a clean room, that's probably the best.

What do you think of this Ocean Blue Iris dial?

The workhorse NH38 price is skyrocketing! Meanwhile, in the near future, I'm looking for suitable cases/manufacturers to house the Miyota 9 series and/or also introduce a premium line for the Swiss ETA 2824.

My biggest concern with the Miyota 9 series is the rotor noise; even after applying Moebius oil, it's still loud. At least louder than the NH. Specs are a little better than the NH38, but able to utilize thin cases to 10mm +/-. My current 38mm cases for NH go 11.3mm.

I have a direction, but I want to hear what you guys think about everything on ETA and Miyota 9 series, from price, cases availability (ofrei/ickler etc.), durability etc.

JUST IN! Built, pressure tested, lubricated, and regulated these:

  1. Champagne Pink Iris 38
  2. Galaxy (Purple) Abyss 38
  3. Metaleton 72

I've introduced a newly customized engraved caseback across my watches, strengthening my brand's identity. To achieve precise and lasting engravings, all models now feature a brushed solid caseback, replacing the previous open crystal design. This update also brings a functional benefit—our 38mm case is now slimmer, measuring just 11.3mm from crystal to caseback (it was 12mm with the open caseback).

Another key upgrade is the introduction of lumed hands (C3 Green) across all series. Designed for improved visibility in low-light environments, this enhancement reflects a simple philosophy: wear, test, and improve. Every detail evolves through real, daily use.

Finally, I'm excited to unveil a new direction—the Skeleton 7X Series.

Leading this launch is the Metaleton 72, a bold, mechanical-forward design powered by an NH skeleton movement. It features a 40mm gunmetal case with sapphire crystal, measuring 11.5mm thin, and is paired with a matching gunmetal movement, hands, and a black rubber strap with buckle—delivering a clean yet technical aesthetic.

Also started customizing engraved casebacks for my watches. Will also upgrade them with lumed hands this batch onwards.

The dials are so mesmerizing!
