Presley turned the big 9! Went for some rides, swam in the pond and finished the night with a puppy ice cream! Had to spoil him after making him pose haha!
Doing the South Dakota bdrx and decided to run west and explore the big horns for a bit. Rode out from Wisconsin, 1600 miles in so far. More pics when my adventure is done!
Buddy rolls up and says he thinks he needs a new front tire and his brakes in the rear aren't working. Mind you I worked on his bike 10k miles ago and put new pads on and everything looked fine.
He pulls up with a bald tire, pads are down to the metal, rotor is screwed and warped, which took out his rear wheel bearings. Smh.
Spooned on a fresh trail Max mission, he's lucky I keep a ton of common stuff in stock so I had a brand new rear rotor on the shelf.
Put a new rotor on his rear rim, new pads, saw his caliper pin boot was ripped and must have not been sliding and ruined his rotor:(
I'll be doing wheel bearings in a few weeks now haha
I spooned on a set of trailmax missions, checked the spokes torque, and bled the clutch. She's ready to roll!
Took off a old used tmm and a ax41 front!
She's been sitting for a couple years, they just don't make them like this anymore, fired up and ran great. Sadly I backed it right back in after I cleaned the garage 😬
