Description of Original Problem: Input latency, I struggle with very high latency compared to my previous 7800x3d that I had +200mhz boost and -15 CO on with buildzoid ddr5 easy memory timings. Now when playing competitive games such as CS2 or Valorant, when an opponent swings me or shoots at me, my hit reg is terrible and I die before I can even shoot my gun.
Troubleshooting: I have tried many different power plans, PBO on and off, messing with fclk, changing uclk to 1:1 mode and 1:2 mode, C states on and off, I feel as if I've tried almost everything and nothing has changed or fixed it.
