Nice high hips but low feet?

Hi, I'm a masters swimmer (28M) and have a biotype that people describe as on the heavier, muscular side (and not tall). Lower body is my bane and after some effort, I managed to keep my hips high on the water. However, my coach says my hips are very good now, but my feet are always on a lower level despite kicking (heels dont get over the waterline). He gave me some directions such as trying to kick shorter and mantain legs close together, but I still feel I'm not grasping his directions. Has anyone had any different insights about low feet with high hips?

Spiky bump on gum after wisdom tooth removal?

Hi, removed my wisdom teeth 3 weeks ago. Nothing hurts but there is this spiky bump on my gum that feels tender to pressure, and feels like bone. No problems of pain or for eating anything (food debris on the picture because I just had lunch and I am going to brush now). Is it bone?
