It's very much a hodge-podge of vanilla, dlc, and custom assets. I'll zone in residential, commercial and industry/office and then go back to the area later and put better looking things down here and there when I feel like it. I really enjoy figuring out the traffic and like what I have here for the most part. Let me know what you think!
