Charged for Ro Body but insurance denied Pa

As the title says, I have been getting the runaround from Ro.co. I previously had a great experience last year after joining and taking zepbound and then wegovy for 9 months. I ceased the program for a few months as it was just getting too expensive during the holidays. I rejoined a month and a half ago and now it’s been a nightmare getting a PA from insurance. But the kicker is that Ro just charged me $297 for the body membership even though insurance denied my PA last Friday. There is no one to speak with a when you message your “care team” you get a different person each time and even a different doctor. This has been a terrible process and I’m not sure what I’m even being charged for. My understanding was that I wouldn’t be charged for the body membership if I wasn’t going to move forward with the medication. Can someone help me understand?
