Hey all, crazy pickle today. I gave my truck to my brother in law to use for work today. I assumed he had a license. He got into a not at fault accident. Not only this, but since I wasn’t there a random tow company took the truck instead of roadside and is wanting us to use the insurance through them to file a claim with their body shop. It’s an absolute scam. It feels like I either file a claim to use them or my car is trapped.

Nothing happened at the scene with the police. They just gave his info. I assume he’ll get a ticket. His license isn’t suspended or anything he just doesn’t have one. Trust me, I’m pissed

Can someone give me some advice on what to do here? I’m about to have a break down.
