Do I prune and harden off or just harden off before reintroducing my bonchis to the ground outside again?

I brought 3 indoors last fall with the intent of getting fruit in the winter so I fed them and grew them under lights... So they're very leafy and still flowering. Do I prune them before hardening off? After? What's the best way to get them ready for planting in my raised beds again this spring?

Wool duvet smells like a barn?

I bought a high quality wool duvet from Frankenmuth and I woke up in the middle of the night wanting to vomit. I am a hot sleeper, which is why I got it (I was sweating), so I'm assuming that didn't help.

From what I've read, hanging it out on a line in the sun should help, but will this always smell? I'm happy that it's a sign of good wool, but that smell makes me want to die and I'm so sad because I thought I found my hot sleeping cure...is it always going to smell a little?

My duvet cover will be here tomorrow...maybe that will help?

I have a made in 10" carbon steel pan and is flat on the bottom, as one would expect...but when ever I heat it up it warps and rounds out (wobbles like it's a mini wok... exaggeration, but that's the best example I can think of).

I don't ever put it in water after cooking, I always heat slow, I follow carbon steel care guides, etc...nothing else wrong with it. It's seasoned well, non stick, cooks well, etc...just wondering if this is expected or if anyone has experienced this...or if there is something I'm overlooking?
