Instead they go to some shitty third party site that doesn't work, tries to make me sign up for an account, and subscribe to their "Premium returns" service. The link doesn't pull up my shipment, and there's no mention in the email body which shipper they went with. After trial and error I was able to guess the correct shipper and find my information, but why not just link directly??
