Computer freezes randomly

Hi everyone! Hoping one of you can help me. I'm fairly tech savvy. For reference, I have an ASUS ROG Strix G15CF prebuilt gaming pc with Windows 11 installed. My computer for the past 3-4 months has been randomly freezing up on me as if it crashes. A normal force shutdown and restart brings up the clock_watchdog_timeout 0x101 error. I can force it to boot normally by forcing shutdown, flipping the switch to off on my PSU, then holding the power button to drain any residual power. A couple days ago, I did get an overheating message when testing if I would get the same error code after replacing my PSU. I believe the overheating is from a fan that seems to be failing and I'm waiting on a replacement to come in. In the mean time, I have taken the front glass panel off to help with airflow. No further overheating issues from what I can tell. It is, however, still freezing randomly, whether I'm playing a game with discord up or only have 1 tab of chrome open watching a show. I've replaced my PSU, blew the entire inside out with compressed air, unplugged and reseated everything, reset BIOS to default settings (had an xmp profile from when I upgraded my ram as it wasn't auto setting to the new ram capacity) . I even tried debugging but unfortunately the way it freezes, the pc doesn't have a chance to make a crash/dump file for me to upload into the debugger program. History: Motherboard replacement approximately 2 years ago after I was making a few changes to my BIOS when a power outage hit, fried previous motherboard. ;; I upgraded RAM from 2 8gb sticks to 2 16gb sticks around a year ago ;; windows update contained corrupted file causing a blue screen crash, successfully reinstalled windows. Any help would be fantastic. I've been using ChatGPT to help me troubleshoot but nothing seems to be fixing the problem. Please help and thank you for your time and assistance. Sorry for the long post.
