Guy is selling a moza r12 system, loaded cell pedals, h shifter, handbrake, sequential shifter, aluminum rig. All moza products other than the aluminum frame. He has it originally listed for $1600, he said it has around maybe 40 hours used and has had it for 6 months.
Is $1000 a good deal on this?
Recently got a 9070xt xfx quicksilver (yay) and it's been running amazing but I've got some weird flickering sometimes on my screen and I figured it might be some type of drivers thing but I'm not expert. Don't wanna ignore it Incase my GPU is faulty. I did ddu and installed my driver's. Think it might have something to do with having an app not in focus or forced overlay.
I'm looking at a lightly used XFX 9070 xt swift on marketplace. I negotiated down to $600 cash, and I plan to bring my PC to test it out before closing the deal.

Will I be satisfied with the lowest XFX tier 9070xt or should I look to spend more on a higher model?
What should I look for during visual inspection?
What software should I use when testing the GPU, what do I need to be looking at to make sure it runs correctly?
What behaviors or signs would make you walk away from purchasing?
