So today there was a local card show near me, I went in with 1 card and a dream, the Paldea evolved pikachu promo psa 10 valued at around 230$, so I’m not very smart with my decisions, I went up to my first table and pointed at a psa 9 zapdos ex from 151, I said “double or nothing?” I win, I take all, he wins, I still get the Zapdos but he gets the pikachu, I lose my first flip, now I’m sitting at 120$ value around, go to my next table do the same thing, I win this one, now I’m sitting at 180$ value, go to another, win, at 270 now, next table, win, 400$ value, next table win again, now I’m at 600$, then I went to my final table and traded all of it for a ascended hero’s pokemon center etb valued at around 500$, so overall went from 250$ to 500$, what a great day.
