Teddy Bear Help?
My son is about to turn 27 and this is his beloved bear, Boris. Boris is actually on the list of things that we would run back into a burning house to retrieve. Can someone give me some suggestions as to how to fix him? I'd rather not have to unstuff him, but I'm willing to.
The head seems OK and I'm mainly worried about the body, legs, and back. I'd rather not replace all the pieces, but is there any way (embroidery stitches? darning?) that I could fill that fabric back out? Am I stuck making a new bear to stick the old head back on?
I flaired this as 'beginner." I'm not a beginner at sewing, but I am a beginner at bear rescue!
I'm looking for help, or any resource (video, book, blog post, whatever) that would point me in the right direction.
