Painting this army for a friend but he isn’t too stoked on it. Is there a guide for how the armor trim is supposed to look for rank and units? Thanks!

Very new to painting Ravenguard. Using a third party model to test out things.

Working out how to keep them dark-dark black/shadow-like with minimal high lights for contrast/contour but it’s not sitting right.. Might try a black wash after posting this. Any advice?

Still gotta put on decals.

Also I wanna name this the Spawn Raven lol cause the face.

Finally got around to touching up and re-bashing some of my Bladeguard/Ancient units. Got the head inspiration from all the posts on Reddit.
I always felt so unsatisfied looking at them when I would play these guys at a table. Much better now 🩸
