This is how to unblock your Chromebook if you have securly
This works for Chromebooks. It only half-works on my Securly now, as it is getting blocked by Securly's extension page.
This works if you have the chewing gnome guy when your page gets blocked.
Go into your network settings by going into the bottom right corner of your shelf, clicking on your wifi, and clicking the settings button in the top right corner of your new dock popout. (I understand there are other ways to get to network settings, but this is fast.) When you are in your settings window, scroll down to the Network dropdown and click it (it is right under the Advanced dropdown). Click on "custom name servers" and delete all the numbers you see. You should have 4 rows of numbers. Change every row to 0.0.0.0 except for the top. Change the top row to 66.23.198.252
Wait a second (or switch between wifis) and you should be able to go on anything. Please reply with any questions or something.
Also if your school/job stops you from doing this on the main network, always try the guest network.
Edit: Oh btw for some reason this doesn't work on all networks (I think some networks have different protection or something like that) but it works on many
