I work at HomeGoods. Payroll is tight and we’ve been working with as little associates as possible since Christmas and it’s driving everyone crazy. Us coordinators are never able to get anything done because we’re always being called to backup cashier, customers are asking for our help with things, or we need to do recovery because our work space is unmanageable because of how much crap customers abandon from when they are shopping. It’s exhausting and I hate it. I thought this was just a January/February problem. Anyone else dealing with this too?
