Can’t get enough pallets turned, shit is piling up, I’m drowning, team is drowning. Also it doesn’t matter what I say or how I say it, a couple of them can’t seem to work with a sense of urgency. This week has been hell, I’m a shell of a person with nothing left to motivate me or them. I need it to be the weekend so I can try and figure out how to refuel 🙃 almost handed my ASM my keys today and walked out bc I shrimply cannot do it and my confidence is shot to hell
