Call me delusional, because this may very well be another case of copium delirium, but I’m pretty sure this is a hint regarding the plot of HL2. Now I know that some people weren’t so fond of the ancient magic storyline, but for me personally it’s a much better direction than abandoning the original idea all together for a whole different story.

Considering the recent arrival of a new community manager, I’m truly hoping for an official update in next month’s Summer Game Fest.

I’m also adding in the comments a screenshot from the comment section of Jason Anthony’s tt account where he hints the sequel taking place in the 1890s (or at least that’s how I interpreted it).
