I am a Master's Student graduating in Japan (Electrical Engineering).
I was approached by a deeptech startup in Helsinki.
Startup is new (2025).

I asked for their offer and gave me the following (they actually wanted me to give a number first rather than them)

I was given the following:

• 3200 euro/month
• Plus bonus (depending on your performance)
• Benefits: lunch and public transport.
• Relocation Support (Visa and 3000 eur~)

Would appreciate your opinions regarding what salary I should negotiate with and the perks as well. Thanks!
