Deloitte US : We are living in very crazy world where there is no human touch left . Got laid off first time in my life and my PPMD was just a very diff person . I can’t even believe how people can change in a day . There is no help and support provided. You are just on your own and laying off on memorial disconnect week is not helping you . You can’t even try to reach out to your network and see if there is any internal movement you can do as lot of folks away for long weekend ! This is a smart move from org !!!!
