Applying this cycle and would appreciate any feedback (I also feel like I may have too many schools so let me know if there are any I should remove)

Research Experience:
⁠• 400 Hours Pediatric Cardiology Research - Internship that ended with a poster presentation at the hospital’s summer intern poster day
⁠• ~100+ Hours Sleep Health Equity Lab Research - Focused on improving sleep health in the local community

Clinical Experience:
⁠• ~100+ Hours Volunteering in a free clinic
⁠• ~600+ Hours Patient Access Representative (a little weak clinically but it’s in a hospital psychiatric crisis department and I feel like I was fairly involved)

Physician Shadowing:
⁠• ~36 hours across a few specialties

I don’t want to shoot for the stars (I want to go into peds so don’t think I need to stand out like crazy for residency😭) I just want to maximize my chances of getting in anywhere
