my time at uni is soon coming to a close, and my masters dissertation project is in need of your help! i would love if you guys could fill out my 5-minute survey.

topic: wearable technology and its effects on psychological states and behaviours. participants must be aged 18-35 and regularly use a wearable; devices such as garmin, apple and coros watches are some examples of the technology i will be analysing, as well as whoops and fitness straps.
