2023 Platinum, 93K miles, no history of problems. Did a recall earlier this year which was just a quick software update. No symptoms at that time. Noticed a VERY slight shudder about 2 months ago on cold start as if about to stall, only happened twice over 2-3 weeks. Took it to dealership anyway as a precaution. They found no fault, blamed a deteriorating transmission mount rubber bushing ($1100+ to fix) but said no rush, it would shudder some but do no harm. Shudder got more frequent over time, still just at start. Had them look again next oil change & they said it’s still the deteriorating mount, will shake gradually worse but wont harm anything to let it go until we got tired of the shaking at startup. We reached that point this week & decided it’s time to find the time & money to get it done in the next week or two. Then today on the interstate, we suddenly lost power & got these messages. Had it towed to a dealership & will be calling them first thing when they open Monday.
Has anyone had this same experience & know what the problem is? (Just noticed the 2nd photo shows temp pegged out. I was looking at it in real time & it was showing normal so i dont know if it spiked momentarily or what to make of that?) Thanks in advance!
